TR 500 : TR 500 is a Complete Replacement of Titanium Dioxide for Ink/Khadi/Opaque white paste for Printing. TR 500 also gives very good results for Paint & Coatings industry. TR 500 Consume Very Low Dosage of Binders as compare to TiO2 & Other Extenders, It also gives more Colour Value for Pigment emulsion & Increase brightness of Printing. TR 500 is a unique combination of its superior properties like high refractive index, high hiding power, opacity, Whiteness, Excellent Chalk resistance and non-toxicity. It also has high tinting strength, dispersion properties and Very good chemical stability.

TR 900 : TR 900 is a Complete Replacement of Titanium Dioxide for Ink/Khadi Printing. TR 900 Develop Thick Layer as compare to TiO2 & Other Extenders, TR 900 Provides Better Coverage, Whiteness & Opacity, It also Provide More Colour Value of Pigment emulsion & Increase Brightness of Printing. TR 900 Contain High Refractive index, low specific gravity, high hiding power, opacity, Whiteness, non-toxicity & High Hiding Power with very good chemical stability.

TR 770 : TR 700 is a Partial Replacement of Titanium Dioxide for Ink/Khadi Printing For light backgrounds it gives better & Cost effective results. TR 700 also Consume Very Low Dosage of Binders as compare to TiO2 & Other Extenders, It also gives more Colour Value for Pigment emulsion & Increase brightness of Printing. TR 1010 : TR 1010 is a Complete Replacement of Titanium Dioxide for Khadi/Ink Printing. It also Provide More Colour Value of Pigment emulsion & Increase Fluorescencey of Printing. TR 1010 gives high hiding power & opacity. It also has high tinting strength, dispersion properties and Very good chemical stability. As paste is prepare from TR 1010 it looks like a pigment paste, but after drying it becomes completely opaque.

TR Ex : TR Ex is a Micro fine White Pigment use as Extender. It reduces Cost without hampering the results. Mainly TR Ex is used when thick layer is required or to increase solid contain in the formulation. TR Ex Can be use with TR 500, TR 900, TR 1010 or Titanium Dioxide in "Khadi Printing” it will reduce the cost with hampering the result. TR Ex does not Reaction with any Chemical because of its Very Good Chemical Stability.

Recommendations
Avoid Use of Fillers like Calcium Carbonate, Talcum etc. This all consume more binder & also react with the other Chemicals used in Khadi, this will ultimately gives poor result. Use only required proportion of Binders for Cost effective & best result, Maximum brightness will at matt stage.
